The rate is £199 + VAT (£238.80)/ night for single occupancy which includes one breakfast. There is a double occupancy rate (default) with 2 breakfasts included, if required (£250.80 inc. VAT). The code for this rate should only be used by Congress participants and supersedes any previous codes. If it is not used, you will be paying the non-refundable Best Available Rate which is considerably higher, if there is any availability. There is limited availability at the ‘special rate’ for 3 days prior and after the Congress for early arrivals or late departures.
Please note: Reservations at this rate can only be accessed by use of the Promotional code. They must be made for each person individually, as the code does not work if you try to book multiple rooms in one reservation.

- If no availability is showing please try again (if necessary trying different dates if you are trying to book outside of the Congress dates) as there are still plenty of rooms available for the Congress dates at this rate. This page will be updated should our room allocation becomes very limited.
- A credit card guarantee is required to confirm the booking which can be cancelled or amended according to the hotel’s terms and conditions (please read these carefully). You can also see the per night rate by clicking on the red “rate details” link.
- A confirmation email with reservation code will be issued by Radisson hotels. A few people have experienced issues with the credit card guarantee (it is not a payment) depending on the card type, so if you get an error message please do not try again as you may duplicate the booking. Please contact one of the telephone numbers displayed on the error message and check your e mail for the confirmation, which may have been issued anyway. Once you have a reservation code you are in!
- In the event of there being an issue that cannot be resolved online please contact the Radisson hotels customer services in the first instance or email ppwlres@pphe.com for booking assistance. In the last resort please contact secretariat@ifscc2022.com. The organisers cannot guarantee to be able to intercede on behalf of a delegate who invertedly books without using the IFSCC code.
