Authors have all been sent an email from firstname.lastname@example.org notifying them as to whether their abstract was accepted as a podium, accepted as a poster, or not accepted. If you cannot find an email from email@example.com kindly check your spam filter before contacting the Congress Organisers.
Authors of accepted abstracts must submit the full scientific paper for inclusion in the Congress Proceedings by 22nd June.
Papers not received by the specified deadline will be excluded from the programme. The final manuscript should not exceed 5,000 words and can include illustrations, charts and tables. Each author whose paper is accepted is required to sign the basic copyright statement for both the abstract and full paper. Authors should use INCI names and avoid the use of any commercial or chemical trade names. The mentioning of equipment trade names is acceptable, unless the intention of the presentation is to promote the use of said equipment.
